She has over 30 years of experience promoting dental health, restoring dental function and creating beautiful smiles. She is a graduate from Pam American University, Edinburg, Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1982 receiving-a Bachelor of Science degree. She worked at a local hospital for 3 years as a medical technologist and then went on to persue a doctorate degree of dental surgery at the University of Texas Health Science at San Antonio in 1989. She opened her private office soon after graduation in McAllen and continues to be passionate about her chosen profession. She participates in community outreach locally and abroad, professional study clubs, and continuing education courses. She takes her time to listen to her patients concerns and presents them with options for their optimal treatment plan. As a general dentist, she feels blessed to be able to treat the young primary dentition with sealants and restorations as well as the dental needs of adolescents, adults and elderly.
